Switching between Fahrenheit / Celsius

Long tap the “Temperature + and -” buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

No response when powered

1. Ensure the socket’s powered.
2. Plug the machine in well.
If in vain, please reach customer service.

Food's not cooked, cool frying basket

Ensure the runtime’s long enough. If the food’s still not cooked thoroughly, please reach customer service.

Dispaly shows "OFF"

Unplug the air fryer and restart it.
If in vain, please reach customer service.

Error code E1/E2

It’s the normal protection mechanism of NTC. Please unplug the air fryer and restart it.
If in vain, please reach customer service.

Error code E4

Leave enough room for heat dissipation. Power the machine off. Let it cool and restart it.

Shows "bar"

1. Check if you install the frying basket well in place.
2. If in vain, please reach customer service.

Black screen

Unplug the air fryer and restart it.
If in vain, please reach customer service.

The back air outlet does not ventilate

1. If the fan blades are stuck, please rearrange them.
2. If powered on, but the motor does not work, please reach customer service.

Fan blades noise

Please rearrange them.

Plastic smell

1. It’s normal for a new machine, and there’s no harm. After some use, the smell would disappear.
2. Check if there’s sol around the heating pipe. If so, please reach customer service.
