We have had a couple of issues, but because customer service handled them to our satisfaction, I am not decreasing the rating. The first unit began malfunctioning after a few months. I contacted customer support and they ultimately concluded that the main motorized unit was malfunctioning. They sent me an entire new one, and all has worked well since then. On my daughter's new unit, the battery that came with the unit would not charge. We were able to use the battery from my existing unit to see if the new unit otherwise worked, and it did. I contacted customer service, and they ultimately sent a new battery. Obviously, it would have been better to avoid these two issues altogether, but the customer service was very good.
