- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number before the package has been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can you ship Q8 to my country?
The Q8 is currently available only in the EU, US, and UK regions, and can be delivered exclusively from the EU, US, and UK warehouses.
Orders can only be fulfilled by warehouses located in the corresponding region.

We offer a 14-day return window for all purchases.
- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

I have use this smart vacuum for about a day now. So far Im pretty impressed this Machine vacuum and mopping very good, super cool , super easy to get to running and cleaning, put lower water flow So I have tried this before on a lower water flow setting and definitely did Push as much water as it is right now its actually pretty impressive amount of water. I absolutely love this little robot! Its a game changer. The mapping was so easy. I am also genuinely surprised by how well the mop cleans. I am always shocked how dirty the dirty water is when I empty it. Vacuum works great too. Great battery life. Loved sending this to clean room by room and its saved me so much time on vacuuming constantly. I have a 95 lb German Shepherd and this handles his hair. Also he hates other vacuums but does not mind the robot at all. Very quiet. Highly recommend! Wish I had gotten one way sooner!
